Take a Step

We can’t wait to welcome you into a compassionate space that is just for you. No matter what stage you’re in or what you carry, you belong here.

1. Simple Scheduling

We invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute therapy consultation with us where we will discuss your current goals, challenges, and how we can offer support.

2. Intake Forms

If you wish to start therapy with us after your consultation, you will be invited to our client portal where you can spend 10-15 minutes completing our intake forms prior to your first appointment.

3. Treatment

Together, you and your therapist will decide the frequency of your visits and the length of your sessions (30, 50, or 90-minutes).

4. Long-Term Support

How we work together may vary over time. During a difficult period you may need to meet with your therapist weekly. Other times, you may feel well and not need to meet as often. Know that we see our role as a long-term support system for you.

Therapy Costs

Our fees range from $165-500, depending on the type of appointment and therapist. All of our therapists reserve a few slots for clients who need services at a reduced fee. Please discuss this option with your individual therapist to learn more.

Insurance Benefits

Payment is expected at the time of service, and we do not participate with any insurance companies directly. However we do provide our clients with a "superbill" to submit to their insurance company to take advantage of their out-of-network benefits. Many of our clients have received substantial reimbursement from their insurance providers, although it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to understand your benefits.

"I can't imagine getting through this terrible diagnosis without your support. I have been so scared and so consumed with worry about all these medical appointments and my uncertain future. I am forever grateful that you are on my team. Just knowing you are there to talk things through gives me the confidence I need to figure out how to still live my life and handle these medical issues day by day."
