We Heal Together

For some, group therapy may be the ideal choice of psychotherapy. Group therapy can provide connection and a sense of belonging that may not be available to you in individual therapy sessions. These groups, facilitated by our expert practitioners, are designed to foster a community of health and healing.

Men’s Care Partner Support Group

Facilitated by rylan rosario, MA licensed psychology associate & certified mental health coach

If you are an adult man who is a primary caregiver for a loved one with an injury, illness, or long-term health condition, then you need unique and ongoing support.

We understand the specific challenges and stressors that come with this role, and we are pleased to offer a safe, supportive, and low-cost space for you to discuss your experiences, reduce your isolation, and make time for your own needs. Role changes, intimacy issues, and navigating decision making are just some of the topics we may cover.
