We Heal Together

For some, group therapy may be the ideal choice of psychotherapy. Group therapy can provide connection and a sense of belonging that may not be available to you in individual therapy sessions. These groups, facilitated by our expert partners, are designed to foster a community of health and healing.

New Virtual GLP-1 User Support Group

Led by Dr. Amy Beck

Beginning January 15th, Health Psychology Partners is offering a virtual support group for people using GLP-1 medications (such as semaglutide or tirzepatide) for weight management. This every-other-week group provides a safe, judgment-free space to talk about the emotional, behavioral, and practical challenges that come with starting or continuing GLP-1 treatment.

Led by an experienced clinical health psychologist with 20 years experience in obesity/weight, the group helps you navigate your relationship with food as food noise changes, side-effect strategizing, body image shifts, long-term motivation, and to peacefully navigate the mental health impact of weight changes, plateaus, and setbacks. Whether you're just beginning or looking for ongoing support, you don’t have to do this alone.

Join us to build skills, feel understood, and connect with others on the same GLP-1 journey.

Every other Thursday from January 15th - April 23

12:00 pm EST

FREE Weight Medication Q&A Series

Facilitated by Dr. Robyn Pashby and other members of the Health Psychology Partners team

Looking for support as you navigate Ozempic, Zepbound, or other weight medications? Have unanswered questions? Join Dr. Robyn Pashby and other members of the Health Psychology Partners team for a free Q&A series designed to help you get safely and confidently through your weight treatment journey.

These sessions won’t offer medical advice—but they will provide expert behavioral strategies, practical tips, and supportive guidance from nationally recognized specialists in weight and mental health.

Common questions we have heard: "What are the side effects and how do I manage them?" "Do I have to stay on these meds forever?" "What if I don't lose weight on these meds?" "Will I have to make more dietary changes?" "Will these meds help me with managing my binge eating?"

Stay informed. Feel empowered.
