Coaching Services

Insight into Action

Our certified coaching services provide a non-clinical path to finding support on your journey towards better health and wellbeing. Grounded in the same compassionate, personalized, and professional care as our therapy offerings, coaching may be either a standalone service or a compliment to therapy. Coaching is a financially accessible option for expert support as you step into your full confidence and capability to lead a vibrant and healthy life.

Partners in Progress

Our coaches specialize in two primary mind/body areas: ADHD/executive functioning and improving your relationship with food, reducing emotional or stress eating, and finding a healthy weight for you.

Coaching is ideal if you don't feel you need or want therapy, if you've graduated from therapy, or you'd like ongoing support as you transition out of therapy. We can also work with you alongside a therapist for more hands-on support.

Our evidence-informed approach blends behavioral coaching with health psychology principles and goal-focused strategies to help you create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re seeking ADHD coaching, executive function skill-building, or support for emotional eating and weight-related challenges, we meet you where you are with compassion, clarity, and practical tools you can use right away.
