Our four-pillar framework to support your weight management journey

Overview

GLP-1 medications (like Ozempic/Wegovy) are a meaningful addition to the weight management toolkit. And yet, they are not a silver bullet. Research and our own experience affirm the importance of a whole-person approach to optimize outcomes.

Our GLP-1 coaching framework is built from a CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and a Brief Solution-Focused model. We support you to develop the mindsets, behaviors, and beliefs that support your fullest, vibrant health.

Ideal for you if you are: considering a GLP-1, newly using a GLP-1 or adjusting to long-term GLP-1 use.

You can expect to:

  • Map your history with food and body to understand the story you’re bringing into your GLP-1 journey
  • Explore the role food has played in stress management, emotional regulation, and reward so you can develop new strategies to meet those needs
  • Understand how weight, dieting, and body image have shaped your identity, and get curious about how that evolves as physical changes unfold
  • Navigate shifting dynamics in relationships and social situations
  • Partner with your coach to continuously customize the journey as your needs evolve

Logistics

$899 for 12-individual sessions (1-hour each)

Twelve 60-minute sessions over 4 months

  • Weeks 1-8: Weekly sessions
  • Weeks 8-16: Bi-weekly sessions

Booster sessions: optional/encouraged

Additional sessions after completed package

GLP-1 Coaching can help you identify and celebrate Non-Scale Victories (NSVs). Things like energy levels, mobility, sleep quality, confidence, and more that affect everyday life and have nothing to do with a number. We’ll set you up for the long-term by creating a plan together and focusing on resources that will work best for maintaining your progress on this lifelong journey.
