In the Weight Medication Coaching Program, we’ll look beyond biology to develop the mindsets, behaviors, and beliefs that support real, vibrant health. Whether you are considering, starting, or adjusting to life on a GLP-1, this program offers a guided journey to navigate the emotional and psychological challenges and opportunities that accompany the physical changes ahead.
