Our four-pillar framework to support your weight management journey

Overview

GLP-1 medications are a meaningful and welcome addition to the weight management toolkit. And yet, they are not a silver bullet. Research and our own experience affirm that fully realizing the promise of these pharmaceutical advancements requires a whole-person approach.

Our framework integrates CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and a Brief Solution-Focused model. In the Weight Medication Coaching Program, we’ll look beyond biology to develop the mindsets, behaviors, and beliefs that support real, vibrant health. Whether you are considering, starting, or adjusting to life on a GLP-1, this program offers a guided journey to navigate the emotional and psychological challenges and opportunities that accompany the physical changes ahead.

You can expect to:

  • Map your history with food and body to understand the story you’re bringing into the GLP-1 journey
  • Explore the role food has played in stress management, emotional regulation, and reward — and develop new strategies to meet those needs
  • Understand how weight, dieting, and body image have shaped your identity, and get curious about how that evolves as physical changes unfold
  • Navigate shifting dynamics in relationships and social situations
  • Balance weight management goals with other life priorities
  • Partner with your coach to continuously customize the journey as your needs evolve
  • Be proactive in your lapse and relapse through your lifelong journey of health

Design

$899 for 12-individual sessions (1-hour each)

Twelve 60-minute sessions over 4 months

  • Weeks 1-8: Weekly sessions
  • Weeks 8-16: Bi-weekly sessions

GLP-1 Coaching can help you identify and celebrate Non-Scale Victories (NSVs). Things like energy levels, mobility, sleep quality, confidence, and more that affect everyday life and have nothing to do with a number. We’ll set you up for the long-term by creating a plan together and focusing on resources that will work best for your journey.
